**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in clerical and administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage schedules and files effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative duties. - Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records efficiently. - Coordinate front desk activities, including managing incoming calls and visitors. - Lead and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed. - Plan and organize office events or meetings as required. - Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in clerical and administrative tasks. - Proficiency in file management, scheduling, front desk operations, and team management. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and vendors. - Ability to handle payroll responsibilities accurately. - Experience in event planning is a plus.
